BAGGAGE CLAIM

In case your checked baggage (that is, showing its “Baggage Identification Tag”)  is lost or damaged upon arrival, you must file a LOST OR DAMAGED BAGGAGE REPORT before leaving the baggage claim area. Please ask for the Lost and Found airport office, fill out specific RIP – Property Irregularity Report forms and ask for your receipt of lost/damaged baggage.

BAGGAGE LOSS
If within 21 days from filing the LOST OR DAMAGED BAGGAGE REPORT you have not received any news, please submit all relevant documents at the Customers Office and/or Baggage Assistance Office of your airline, in order to ask for compensation.

In case of baggage recovery, within 21 days from the date of delivery, please send all documentation specified below to the Customers Office and/or Baggage Assistance Office of relevant airline, in order to ask for compensation for any incurred expenses.
